Great Success of the ePractice.eu Mid-Term Workshop

ePractice.euThe special ePractice.eu Mid-Term workshop held on Monday 19 in Brussels was a great success. A total of 82 members of the online community participated in the event, which counted with the presence of several high-level experts who delivered key note speeches and EC officials responsible of the eGovernment, eInclusion and eHealth policies, amongst them the Heads of Unit David Broster, Gérard Comyn and Karel De Vriendt.

Many European practitioners from the private and public sectors joined the hands-on workshop, contributing to a day of active discussions, friendly networking and highly interesting best practice exchanges. A majority of 96% of the participants who filled in a final survey indicated they were "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with the workshop.

ePractice.eu is a portal created by the European Commission which offers a new service for the professional community of eGovernment, eInclusion and eHealth practitioners. It is an interactive initiative that empowers its users to discuss and influence open government, policy-making and the way in which public administrations operate and deliver services.
