After a short theoretical introduction, the course will present genuine cases from MEDGATE's telemedicine outpatient department to illustrate the possibilities and potential risks of clinical telemedicine.
Child care represents an important part of MEDGATE's daily work (about 30%) and will be specifically treated in the course.
Telebiomonitoring is used for diabetic as well as for heart failure patients. Dr. von Overbeck will present how to use telemedical follow-ups and telebiomonitoring to improve the treatment compliance and outcome.
