conhIT 2014 is on Course for Growth

conhIT 20146 - 8 May 2014, Berlin, Germany.
On 6 May conhIT opens its doors for three days, with over 340 exhibitors, more than in any previous year, presenting their latest IT products and eHealth services in Berlin. In addition to the exhibitor numbers a look at the latest figures also reveals an increase in the event's international appeal. Around 25 per cent of the companies are from abroad, mainly from neighbouring countries. This will give everyone involved an opportunity to establish business contacts and gain an even better picture of the market.

According to Ursula Baumann, the project manager of conhIT at Messe Berlin: "We also expect more trade visitors at this event. Compared to the same period last year the number of trade visitors registered for conhIT has already risen by 12 per cent. Overall, around 6,000 industry insiders will be in Berlin to find out more about the products and services at conhIT. In view of the exhibitor numbers and high demand from visitors we are confident that conhIT 2014 will exceed the positive results of last year's event."

According to Bernhard Calmer, chairman of the board of the German Association of Health IT Vendors (bvitg), which launched conhIT in 2008, this interest in conhIT also reflects the positive mood of the market. "The health IT industry is innovative and continues to grow. conhIT provides companies with an ideal platform for staying abreast of current developments and keeping in touch - be it through information at the Industrial Fair or vocational and advanced training."
