International HL7 Interoperability Conference 2019

22 - 24 October 2019, Warsaw, Poland.
19th International HL7® Interoperability Conference (IHIC) will be held in Warsaw, Poland. The event, organized by HL7 Poland, will focus on implementation of healthcare interoperability standards, with special interest in project specifications like implementation guides and profiles, in conformance validation and testing.

Main conference of IHIC 2019 is planned to be a two day event (22nd and 23rd Oct) organized together with second edition of Integraton - interoperability testing event open for developers of software solutions based on interoperability standards and profiles. Integraton tests will start on the second day of IHIC and will be continued on 24th Oct.

The core program of the main conference will consist of presentations being delivered by invited speakers with focus on implementation projects and their deliverables like implementation guides, its formats, validation and testing tools. The main goal is to share experiences and identify project artifacts, that may be useful for teams starting their own projects. Several seminars will be delivered by top global experts in healthcare interoperability, as well as demonstrations of tools supporting specification development, data validation and system testing.

Polin Conference Center is one of the top Warsaw conference venues with large auditorium and additional conference rooms. It is located in the centre of Warsaw on the premises of Polin Museum of the History of Polish Jews.

Warsaw, the capital and the largest city of Poland, lies half way between the Baltic See and the Carpathian Mountains, in the heart of Europe. It has several hundred years of rich history and is a major international tourist destination as well as a significant cultural, political and economic hub. Almost completely destroyed during World War II, the city has been reconstructed, including historic Old Town, that is now designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
