The digital version of the Personal Child Health Record, eRedbook, will soon become available for parents and health professionals in the London region. A number of NHS Trusts will start implementing the eRedbook service before the new year in order to meet their CQUIN objectives, moving towards giving parents a complete record of their child's health.

Diabetes Tools Sweden AB, maker of the TriabetesClinic online service that puts apps at the heart of diabetes care plans, today agreed to acquire the DiabetesGuru smartphone app for children from Shore Innovation AB. This agreement transfers the rights to Diabetes Tools while still allowing the developer behind DiabetesGuru, Henrik Sjöstrand, to support the project with advice. 
Supported by positive currency effects, Agfa HealthCare posted solid double digit revenue growth. In the Imaging segment's digital radiography business (consisting of Computed Radiography (CR), Direct Radiography (DR) and the hardcopy business), the DR product range continued to grow strongly, while the hardcopy product range also performed well. Furthermore, the IT segment posted considerable revenue growth. 
North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust has selected BridgeHead Software's Independent Clinical Archive, HealthStore™, also referred to as a next generation Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA), to assist it in the long-term storage, protection and sharing of radiology images following its exit from the National Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) contracts.
