Agfa HealthCare to Launch Latest Version of IMPAX for Nuclear Medicine

Agfa HealthCareAgfa HealthCare announces that it will launch the latest version of its IMPAX for Nuclear Medicine solution at the 2012 Congress of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) in Milan, Italy. Delivering the benefits of integrated care to the nuclear medicine department, this solution supports the patient's entire exam flow. The new version offers enhanced integration and refined in-depth clinical content, for improved usability, workflow and productivity.

IMPAX for Nuclear Medicine fully integrates the department's workflow, bringing together images and data from a wide range of modalities and departments into one IT platform. Users can process, read and report all nuclear medicine, SPECT, PET, and multi-modality images with just the click of a button, from a single workstation.

Built on advanced, proven IMPAX PACS
IMPAX for Nuclear Medicine is built on one of the most advanced Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). "IMPAX for Nuclear Medicine continues to offer the nuclear medicine department all the benefits of integrated care, and in this advanced version of the solution we have further improved integration and clinical content," comments Erik Gielen, EMEA Business Manager, Agfa HealthCare. "From start to finish, it supports the patient's complete exam flow, while also improving inter-departmental communication."
