Clinical Solutions Appoints Business Manager for London and South East Region

Clinical SolutionsPhil Moore has joined Clinical Solutions as Business Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in the health and local government arena. Phil will be responsible for new business development and market opportunities across London, the South East and East of England.

Prior to joining Clinical Solutions, Phil spent three years with Dr Foster Research in the role of head of sales for local government. His extensive experience of working with public sector clients stems from positions with Wordmap, CA and Compuware.

Phil Moore is a Certified IBM eBusiness Solution Advisor and has experience of sales methodologies such as TAS, Miller Heiman, Solution Sales and Signature Sales (IBM proprietary methodology).
