- Lead the end-to-end strategy and implementation across the digital health solution lifecycle including the definition of concepts, business models and the building of cross-functional delivery teams to address clinical value propositions.
- The Digital Health Leader is a key subject matter expert for Digital Health and provides senior leadership to the Digital Health initiatives and business processes for the assigned TAs within Medical Affairs
- Develops standard processes, guidelines, and tools to accomplish the Digital Health programs, and ensures that the Digital Health programs are performed in a compliant and strategic manner for the assigned TAs
Qualifications
Roche is looking for a passionate individual, combining digital health knowledge with business understanding to drive the integration of Digital Health in PDMA and successfully support the GMTs in the optimal implementation of such projects.In addition, you have the following:
- Professional experience (at least 8 years) in the pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry or related experience (preferably in positions related to Digital Health and Medical Affairs)
- Experience with all aspects of Digital Health activities, and other medical affairs activities and healthcare professional (HCP) and patient/ patient groups interactions strongly preferred
- Experience as a successful decisive leader in a cross-functional environment adept at managing complex programmes without direct reports
