Together with the CS CRM leadership team you will be the owner and primary driver of market creation, sales enablement, and CS top and bottom-line growth in the core as well adjacent services with Regions, Zones and Countries and Business Areas.

Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You manage the Customer Services Marketing & Communications Team with direct management responsibility for the Marketing team as well as the Communications team lead
  • You develop long-term global brand marketing & communication strategies for Customer Services in line with the overall Siemens Healthineers strategy
  • You are responsible for managing and coaching the entire activities of the CS MK&CC teams
  • You manage the Marketing & Communication activities of Customer Services towards end to end customer centricity, design collaterals and on-site as well as digital events to maximally enable sales
  • You operationalize the Marketing & Communications strategy in our classic business and help build new global brands in the new adjacent service areas
  • You accelerate the implementation of digital marketing and the use of social media
  • You own the CS marketing plans and oversee the execution of communications collateral, events and marketing campaigns
  • You analyze the performance of marketing & communication campaigns/ activities
  • You derive insights from marketing reports to help other departments make decisions
  • You own a selected spectrum of Marketing and Communications activities, ranging from leadership communication to being responsible for selected Marketing and Communications topics as a key expert
  • You manage the global CS Marketing & Communications budget in close collaboration with the Head of Communications
  • You are a key partner to the global CS Business Management, Product Management and Sales Operations teams as well as to all CS country organizations
  • You build and maintain meaningful relationships with global M&S as well as the M,S & C partners in all Business Lines, Horizontals and countries

Your qualifications and experience

  • You have a degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline
  • You have many years of relevant experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above
  • You demonstrate and apply advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area managed and expert knowledge of other areas in the company and how they interact
  • Ideally you demonstrate advanced understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management
  • You have an in-depth Marketing background, Communications background is welcome
  • You have a good understanding of Digital Marketing and the use of Social Media
  • You have proven knowledge of the customer service portfolio and support processes and are familiar with common project management skills and tools
  • Ideally you have Sales and/or customer experience

Your attributes and skills

  • Since you are interacting with international customers, excellent English language skills are necessary, German language skills are of advantage
  • Since this job includes all countries with a wide range of different cultures and requirements, experience of working with different cultures and working in multi-cultural teams is important
  • You have very good presentation skills in the customer/marketing environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation
  • You have good analytical skills and like to understand content and contexts in detail
  • Willingness to travel is expected
  • You will be working with our proven and new services portfolio where curiosity to understand and learn new things every day is key
