Pass the patient Conference and Exhibition

Lakeside Conference Centre, Aston University, Birmingham, UK
Tuesday 4 March 2008
This event aims to cover all aspects of electronic patient-discharge summaries and focus on integration between primary and secondary healthcare providers. In particular, it will give an up-to-date overview of current methods, examine some of the local and national difficulties that need to be overcome and consider ways in which major improvements can be made.

A series of keynote presenters, case histories and practical sessions will

  • discuss and review clinical pathways and information flows to provide truly joined-up, patient-centred care,
  • examine realistic solutions from healthcare providers that are successfully using ICT to integrate and produce effective and timely electronic discharge summaries.

The accompanying exhibition will offer delegates the opportunity to meet key solution providers.
