Advanced - one of nine finalists in the 'Nursing in the Community' category - has been shortlisted for its iNurse solution. Medway Community Healthcare, based in Medway, is using Advanced's iNurse to help care for more than 270,000 patients. The solution has helped to achieve significant time savings, improve clinical care and enhance staff safety.

Sue Craighill, Lead Nurse at Medway Community Healthcare, says, "We are pleased to have been shortlisted for the Nursing Times Awards. iNurse improves patient care by allowing access to records at the point of care and provides additional safety for lone workers. The solution also enables us to demonstrate that our nursing teams are effective and are delivering real value for money, which is essential for all health organisations in the UK today."

Jim Chase, Managing Director of Advanced Health & Care says, "iNurse plays an important role in delivering efficient, cost-effective and safe community healthcare. The mobile solution helps nurses to improve productivity through reduced paperwork and travel time. The solution has helped Medway Community Healthcare nurses and clinicians to deliver the right care at the right time."

Advanced saw a 200 per cent rise in number of mobile users in the last financial year and is continuing to invest heavily in its mobile solutions.
