HitFox Group is currently looking for a Managing Director/Medical Director (m/f) to join the new digital health company.

Now it is the perfect time to get involved in the fast-growing yet still underserved digital health landscape, while still maintaining the first mover advantage. In light of recent regulatory developments, the German health market is ripe for disruption. As Managing Director/Medical Director (m/f) you have the one-of-a-kind opportunity to be part of the initial team and participate in reshaping the German health industry. Under the company building umbrella of HitFox, we are developing a new Digital Health Venture. HitFox has demonstrated a highly successful track-record in reshaping whole industries (as seen with Finleap) and will fully commit its resources to assure long-term success.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Leading the digital health company strategically and operationally from London, together with your co-founders in Berlin
  • Tackling challenges across functions with a hands-on mentality
  • Recruiting your own management/medical team
  • Ensuring a smooth communication with shareholders
  • Developing a sustainable company culture by hiring and leading a great team

The Perfect Match

  • Holds a university degree in medicine, preferably from a top university
  • Knows how to run the show and enjoys leading performance-oriented teams
  • Strongly believes in the revolutionary nature of telemedicine and is passionate about improving and disrupting care delivery
  • Consistently exhibits the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and compassion
  • Has good coaching skills and is able to develop a team in various areas
  • Is a problem solver who is unafraid of data-based and analytical challenges
  • Can inspire people and uses this skill to both sell and motivate
  • Is fluent in English, good German skills required
  • Is GMC registered
