ECHAlliance International Projects Lead

In order to support its international development and to provide continued support to the Digital Health Society, ECHAlliance will appoint a new team member, as "International Projects Lead" within the Strategy and Innovation team.

Key activities

    Manage the overall activities related to projects (collaborative EU projects, consulting contracts, etc.)
  • Supervise the international project managers team to design, develop and implement projects
  • Ensure the delivery on time, and ensure that quality standards are met
  • Ensure good management of projects, budget, reporting, regulatory compliance
  • Ensure good relationships with funding bodies and customers (European Commission, regional authorities, foundations, companies, hospitals, etc.)
  • Assist the ECHAlliance members and partners with the preparation and submission of proposals;

Skills and competencies

  • University or Business School Degree
  • Knowledge and experience of European research funding programmes;
  • Understanding of healthcare systems in Europe and knowledge about Digital health
  • Demonstrated project management experience (3+ years) and successful funding achievements;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Languages: fluent English is mandatory + at least 1 other language
  • Excellent organisation, communication, time management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;
  • Achievement & results oriented

Status/Availability

  • Starting date: asap
  • Freelance, independent consultant
  • 2-4 days a week
  • Working mainly from home with own material
  • Travels: this position will involve travel internationally throughout Europe to networking events and consortia meetings
  • Fee: depending on profile (+ travel/accommodation costs)
